Warehouse Associates (Must have 2yrs of Warehouse exp + 2yrs of Forklift exp) 1st shift: Sunday-Wednesday (6:30-05:00pm ) or Thursday -Sunday( 06:30am-05:00pm )

Job/Role Description:

The onsite laborer performs daily operational tasks on the distribution floor, ensuring that activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. This role includes handling materials, assisting with inventory and operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as needed. This position requires working 10-hour shifts in a fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse. Operate and safely use PIT, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment (if certified). Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols. Assist with inventory counts and recordkeeping as directed. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure workflow and operational goals are met. Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or operational problems to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or material-handling roles preferred. Certified to operate PIT and other material-handling equipment (preferred but not always required). Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. This job will require the ability to work and stand for an entire 8-hour shift. It will require the ability to lift and organize products weighing up to 80lbs. It will require an individual that is self-motivated, and that can work with little to limited supervision.

On site laborer:

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50-80 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead regularly Ability to use hands and arms continuously for handling, sorting, labeling, and moving inventory Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided as required) Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights when necessary Ability to maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed Why Join Us?
