Duties and Responsibilities :

Plan and arrange work to meet production requirements. Pick sort, organize, load, and label wood, ranging in size based on work order form. Perform quality checks by using measuring devices such as tape measures and measuring tables. Will be using hand and power tools such as air staple, chop saw, and utility guns. Cut down/resize wood material Load/unload doors weighing 40 to 50 lbs., placing on L pallets adding cardboard protectors to the product. Palletize and prepare doors for delivery based on the shipping destination. Work both individually and as a team member Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process. Perform essential housekeeping duties. Communicate with management and maintenance, verbally or through work orders, with specific problems that may affect safety, quality, and productivity. Lifting up to 50 lbs. during an 8-hour shift of continuous repetitive motion required. T.M.
