Seasonal Warehouse Associate Laser Cutter Operator (Part-Time)

About Us Stencil Stop is a custom stencil manufacturer based in downtown Sacramento. We design and produce plastic, layered, and metal stencils for customers across the country — from small businesses and artists to major brands. Our warehouse runs a fleet of laser cutters that turn raw materials into finished, ready-to-ship stencils every day. About the Role We're hiring a seasonal part-time Warehouse Associate to help our production team keep up with demand. You'll be trained to operate our laser cutters, prep materials, and pack and ship finished stencils to customers. No prior laser experience is required — if you've worked in a warehouse, production, or hands-on environment and you're reliable and detail-oriented, we'll teach you everything else. What You'll Do Operate laser cutting machines to produce custom stencils (training provided) Load and unload materials, monitor cuts, and perform basic quality checks Pack finished orders carefully and prepare them for shipping Print shipping labels and stage packages for carrier pickup Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Help with general production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience Attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Available to work consistent shifts during the season Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with laser cutters, CNC machines, or similar equipment Familiarity with shipping platforms (ShipStation, UPS, USPS, etc.) Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Why Work With Us Hands-on training on professional laser cutting equipment Small, friendly team in a downtown Sacramento warehouse Clean, well-organized work environment Potential for the role to extend beyond the season for the right person
