Job Description

Warehouse HR Filing Clerk Shift:
8am-4:30pm - Must be open to OT, Weekends, & Holidays.
Pay:
$17-17.50hr - with potential growth Must be open to Travel when needed. he HR Filing Clerk supports the Human Resources department by organizing, maintaining, and protecting employee records in both physical and digital formats. This entry-level role ensures all HR documents are filed correctly, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Ideal for someone who is detail‐oriented, dependable, and interested in starting a career in HR administration. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update personnel files, including onboarding documents, performance records, certifications, and confidential forms. File HR documents in physical and electronic systems according to established retention procedures. Retrieve documents for HR staff when needed in a timely and secure manner. Assist with digitizing employee files by scanning, labeling, and organizing documents. Ensure all records comply with legal and company guidelines (e.g., confidentiality, retention schedules). Sort and distribute HR‐related mail and documents to appropriate team members. Help with basic HR administrative tasks such as data entry, form preparation, and document tracking. Support HR audits by locating, verifying, and organizing required documents. Maintain confidentiality and follow all privacy policies, including handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or interest in HR or business administration is a plus. No experience required—entry‐level applicants encouraged. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict privacy standards. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). #ONT-1
