San Diego, CA About the Role We are looking for a responsible Truck Driver / Mover who can safely operate our trucks, work as part of a moving crew, and handle basic paperwork. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks to and from customer locations Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Assist with loading and unloading furniture and household/office goods Lift, carry, and move heavy items up and down stairs and over various surfaces Protect customer belongings with pads, shrink wrap, and proper loading techniques Complete and manage paperwork such as bills of lading, inventory sheets, timesheets, and delivery documents Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding arrival times, job status, and any issues Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL or non-CDL depending on truck size and local regulations) Clean driving record (MVR check required) Ability to lift, carry, and move 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Previous moving, delivery, or truck driving experience preferred Ability to read and complete basic paperwork accurately Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and some weekends General Labor /

San Diego, CA About the Role We are hiring General Labor / Movers to join our team. This position focuses on the physical side of moving—packing, loading, unloading, and protecting customers' belongings. No experience is required; we will train the right candidates. Key Responsibilities Pack household and office items safely and efficiently into boxes Wrap and protect furniture with moving pads, shrink wrap, and other materials Load and unload trucks while maximizing space and protecting the load Move furniture and boxes safely in homes, offices, stairways, elevators, and tight spaces Follow crew leader / driver instructions and work as part of a team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Provide friendly, respectful service to customers on every job Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from the job site or warehouse Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to follow directions Previous moving or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
