Warehouse Worker Job Description The role involves a variety of tasks including unloading and loading trucks, wrapping products, and handling materials. You will be responsible for pulling equipment from containers, loading trucks, palletizing products, and performing other warehouse duties. Responsibilities Unload and load trucks efficiently. Handle materials and pull equipment from containers. Palletize and wrap products. Perform heavy lifting as required. Execute other warehouse duties as necessary. Essential Skills Forklift operation experience. Packaging and loading expertise. Proficiency in palletizing and wrapping products. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good attendance record. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to submit to a drug test. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse or general labor environment. Capability to lift 50 lbs or more. Experience with palletizing and wrapping products is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. The job involves heavy lifting in an open facility located in Poway. During hot weather, breaks and refreshments such as water and Gatorade are provided to ensure comfort. Forklift operations begin on day one. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
