Job Summary Air Sharks is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse and field operations. Working closely with the Warehouse Coordinator and Service Department, you'll help ensure materials, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained and readily available to support our technicians and customers. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Receive, stock, label, and organize HVAC materials and parts. Prepare equipment and materials for job site delivery and pickup. Assist with inventory counts and restocking. Follow and promote warehouse safety procedures and best practices. Material Coordination Coordinate deliveries and pickups with field technicians. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Ensure timely fulfillment of material requests for service and installation projects. Support inventory accuracy and organization. Fleet Support Assist with scheduling routine maintenance and inspections for company vehicles. Monitor vehicle condition reports and communicate issues to management. Help maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the fleet. Support vehicle registrations, repairs, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Must pass a background check and drug screening. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Previous warehouse, material handling, purchasing, or fleet operations experience. Experience with inventory management systems. Familiarity with ServiceTitan software. Experience supporting HVAC, construction, or service-related industries.
