May 13, 2026 : Now Hiring Warehouse Associates in San Jose, CA Join our Warehouse & Inventory team in the vibrant city of San Jose, CA. Shifts Available 1st
Shift:
7:00am to 3:30pm•$23.00/Hour
Swing Shift:
3:30pm to 12:00am•$25.30/Hour
Graveyard:
11:30pm to 8:00am•$26.35/Hour Experience / Technical Skills SAP experience required (Warehouse Management & Materials Management modules preferred) Microsoft Excel proficiency General computer literacy (emails, file management, reporting tools) Experience creating picking lists in SAP Ability to physically pick items based on picking lists Basic inventory management knowledge Understanding of warehouse processes and documentation Familiarity with cycle counting / inventory audits preferred Prior exposure to costing, inventory reconciliation, or stock adjustments Physical / Operational Requirements Ability to lift boxes up to ~40 lbs Capable of operating pallet jacks or hand trucks if needed Comfortable moving between desk work and warehouse floor as required Other Skills / Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational skills (maintaining records, managing multiple orders) Ability to work independently and prioritize workload Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with warehouse and finance teams Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
