  • Basic script understanding
  • Familiarity of with OS (Operating systems)
  • Command line experience (nice to have)
  • Experience with imaging and updating devices
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Understanding of firmware and firmware installation
  • Knowledge of Chrome and Android ecosystems
  • Knowledge of basic coding (gLinux)
Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
o Manage daily Receiving (Inbound) operations, ensuring all items are inspected, scanned, and logged accurately. o Execute complex Shipments, including Inner-Office transfers, Domestic freight, and International logistics (handling customs documentation where applicable).
Technical Asset Management:
o Navigate and utilize various operating systems (Chrome OS, Windows, and gLinux) to track assets, wipe data, or configure basic hardware settings. o Manage the end-to-end e-Waste process, ensuring environmentally friendly disposal and secure data destruction in compliance with company policy.
Inventory Control:
o Maintain high levels of accuracy through regular Cycle Counts and physical audits. o Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Materials Handling:
o Safely operate warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize materials. o Maintain a clean, organized, and "audit-ready" warehouse floor. Qualifications & Skills Requirement Description Tech Savvy Proficient with Chrome OS and Windows. Experience with gLinux (or similar Debian-based systems) is a major plus. Logistics Expertise Solid understanding of domestic and international shipping standards. Physical Stamina Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift. Inventory Savvy Prior experience with cycle counting and asset tracking software. May require domestic travel as needed. Reliability Consistent availability for an onsite Monday-Friday schedule. Work Environment This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced technical environment.
