Warehouse Packing Associate

Full time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday starting at any time between 6am - 8am, with possible additional hours available. Summary As a Warehouse Packing Associate, you will be integral to our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient materials handling and inventory management. You will contribute to on-time delivery and high quality production of our custom foam cushions. You will use a measuring tape, tape gun, and other tools to package orders for shipment in boxes or on pallets. Join us to play a vital role in our logistics and supply chain success. We need someone who will take responsibility for their role/department and make sure their tasks are completed on a daily basis with minimal supervision. This is not a position where you can sleep-walk through your day, we want someone who moves quickly, pays attention, and wants to do a good job to manage their responsibilities. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of our customer orders (reading order forms, measuring cushions, and checking quality), and then packing orders for shipment. You will be using a tape measure and packing tape to box and ship our foam cushions. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to complete a list of tasks independently. It is

to be able to use a tape measure to correctly measure 1/4", 5/8", 7/8" etc.

Position includes some truck unloading (20 minutes per week). This is team-oriented warehouse role, you must also be a strong team player to contribute to all aspects of the operation.
