We are looking for a reliable and experienced Material Handler to perform a variety of Warehouse and shipping/receiving duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall daily operation of our warehouse and logistics processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Hourly Pay:
$25.00 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Mon-Fri (8am-4:30pm)

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical).
- Experience in the proper handling and storage of chemicals and biological samples is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including a valid forklift operator certification, or the ability to pass certification immediately upon hire.
- Basic computer skills and experience with FedEx Ship Management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities required for the job. Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates Receive all incoming deliveries, verifying piece counts against bills of lading. Check in items received into our internal tracking system.
- Prepare shipments for domestic and international transportation, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation (e.g., customs forms, dangerous goods declarations).
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate material movement. Perform all warehousing functions, including storage, picking, staging, and movement of materials throughout the site.
- Maintain accurate records within our systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Operantly various material handling equipment including hand trucks , carts , pallet jacks , and a forklift (certification required or willingness to obtain).
