This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in accurate shipping and receiving activities. The role involves coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming deliveries by verifying shipment contents, checking for damage, and recording materials accurately. Prepare outbound orders by picking items, packaging them securely, and coordinating timely shipment or delivery. Organize warehouse stock and replenish materials to keep inventory accessible and properly stored. Move products and supplies throughout the facility using appropriate material handling equipment while following safety procedures. Maintain transaction and inventory records in warehouse software, including C-tec, with training provided as needed. Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks to support accurate stock levels and orderly warehouse conditions. Support fulfillment priorities by coordinating materials movement to meet shipping schedules and operational deadlines. Operate a company vehicle for local deliveries when required, following all driving and safety guidelines. At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday. Valid driver's license with a record that supports company driving requirements. Comfortable using technology and able to learn warehouse or inventory systems quickly. Strong reliability, punctual attendance, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed. Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage records, shipments, and inventory accurately. Team-oriented approach with a proactive work style and good organizational skills.
