Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant to help keep daily warehouse activities running smoothly in Santa Clara, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and can support the movement of materials, tools, and equipment for active project teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming deliveries by checking shipment contents against supporting documentation and noting any discrepancies.
- Arrange and maintain warehouse stock so materials, tools, and equipment are easy to locate and access.
- Prepare and stage requested items for pickup, transport, or delivery to field teams and project sites.
- Support loading and unloading activities for deliveries, returned items, and equipment transfers.
- Keep the warehouse orderly, clean, and aligned with workplace safety expectations.
- Assist with packing and organizing materials for transport to nearby job locations as needed.
