Serving customers nationwide for over 20 years, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Our largest customer base is in the Bay Area, and we provide both will-call and delivery services. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Production Associate to join our Bindery and Shipping team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will assist with bindery operations, shipping and receiving activities, quality control, packaging, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of meeting the physical demands of a production warehouse environment. Responsibilities Perform manual bindery tasks, including stapling, collating, shrink-wrapping, hole drilling, and other finishing operations. Assist with quality control inspections to ensure printed products meet company standards. Package completed print jobs for shipment and delivery. Receive, organize, store, and distribute warehouse inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load, unload, and move materials using manual methods, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with production, bindery, and shipping teams to meet daily deadlines. Learn and operate bindery and warehouse equipment as needed (training provided). Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, bindery, or production experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to safely perform physical warehouse tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
