We are currently hiring an Installer & Warehouse Specialist to support both residential solar installation projects and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and involved in multiple areas of the business. Responsibilities Installation Support Assist with residential solar installations on homes and residential projects Install racking systems, solar modules, conduit, and related equipment Support rough and finish electrical work under field leadership Follow all PPE, ladder safety, and fall protection requirements Maintain quality workmanship and professional conduct on job sites Warehouse & Operations Support Receive, organize, stage, and track solar materials and equipment Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization Coordinate deliveries and prepare materials for upcoming projects Utilize Excel, inventory systems, and CRM software for tracking and operational support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Qualifications 1+ years of experience in solar, warehouse, construction, or related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using computers, Excel, and inventory systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification preferred but not required Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR required Physical Requirements Ability to frequently lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
