Job Description

Order Selector Position - Forklift Operator (Santa Cruz, CA)
Pay Rate:
$18/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays Start time: 7:00
AM Job Summary:
This role involves walking approximately 10-11 miles daily while pushing a cart and using an RF scanner to locate, scan, and pick products. Selected items are then delivered to the packing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, fill, and package customer orders Receive and process inbound shipments Perform replenishment and inventory support tasks Conduct shipping audits and assist with trailer loading Complete inventory cycle counts and process returns/RTS Rotate products following FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines Verify quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates
Minimum Qualifications:
Entry-level; training provided Ability to arrive on time and work overtime as needed Ability to read and understand instructions in English Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Capable of standing, bending, and reaching for up to 10 hours Comfortable with frequent stair and ladder use #nowhiring Entry-level; training provided Ability to arrive on time and work overtime as needed Ability to read and understand instructions in English Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Capabl
