In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the return process, ensuring that returned items are accurately inspected, documented, and restocked or processed for disposal. Your proactive approach will help maintain inventory accuracy, streamline operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for warehouse management and logistics, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success. Duties Receive and process returned goods using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate tracking and documentation Inspect returned items for damage, completeness, and quality standards, determining whether they are suitable for restocking or need further processing Utilize forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move returned stock safely within the warehouse Prepare items for storage or disposal by packaging, labeling, and organizing according to warehouse distribution protocols Update inventory records in systems Assist with order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and loading shipments for outgoing orders Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves and ensuring all safety procedures are followed during load & unload operations unload container with warehouse workers team Qualifications Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners Valid forklift certification with experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry accuracy Experience with order picking & packing, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment procedures Ability to operate equipment such as MRPs, load & unload machinery safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control during returns processing Join us as a Returns Processor to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution.
