The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to operate various warehouse equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively. Operate heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading materials. Build and fabricate product displays or packaging as required. Maintain an organized warehouse space by stocking shelves and ensuring proper storage of materials. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred. Proficient in forklift driving Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
