• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials from receipt through storage and shipment, while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming materials and supplies Verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices; report discrepancies Store and organize inventory for efficient access and distribution Pick, pack, and distribute materials to production teams as needed Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments Perform cycle counting and assist with inventory control processes Prepare materials for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and documentation Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment Support additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility for overtime, including weekends as needed Required Qualifications•High School Diploma or equivalent 12 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Experience working with MRP systems or similar inventory tools Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks Experience with ERP/MRP systems Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Vocational training or related certifications Core Skills Competencies•Inventory management and cycle counting Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes Ability to use material handling equipment and basic hand tools Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communication and task follow-through
