Job Description

Become a Key Player as a Materials Handler You will keep materials moving accurately and on time to support production and shipping. In this onsite, first-shift role (M-F, 5:00am-1:30pm), you'll collaborate with the shipping/receiving group, manufacturing lines, and warehouse team to ensure parts and supplies are available when and where they're needed. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders or invoices Stock, disburse, and distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing lines Load and unload trucks and prepare merchandise for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges Maintain records of received and shipped goods and document rejected or unsatisfactory items Perform cycle-counting and maintain inventory accuracy Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment safely Follow written and oral work instructions and demonstrate all safety policies and procedures Work regular, consistent hours and be available for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of relevant experience in materials handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and email Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems or databases (MRP skills listed as must-have) Ability to read and follow work instructions and to write and communicate clearly Skilled in using powered industrial trucks, material handling equipment, and small hand tools Ability to perform cycle-counting and maintain accurate records Willingness to work additional hours, nights, and weekends as required Here's What Else Might Help You Out Forklift operator experience Additional ERP/MRP familiarity Strong attention to detail Pay Range $18
