Job Description
About the Role Vital Body Therapeutics is a growing wellness and CBD consumer products company based in Soquel, CA. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our small team in a flexible "floater" capacity — splitting time between our Shipping and Production departments. This is a part-time role at approximately 30 hours per week: 2 days in Shipping, 3 days in Production, on a consistent weekly schedule. What You'll Do Shipping (2 days/week) Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments using shipping software and print labels Verify order contents and ensure packages meet quality standards before they go out the door Production (3 days/week) Support manufacturing and assembly operations for wellness and personal care products Follow production SOPs and quality guidelines closely Assist with labeling, packaging, and batch documentation as needed What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or production environment preferred Strong attention to detail — you take pride in doing things right the first time Comfortable on your feet for a full shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer proficiency (shipping software, label printing, etc.) A team-first attitude and the flexibility to move between departments week to week Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
