About the role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day functions of our warehouse, including receiving, breakdown, and dispatch operations. You will work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced logistics environment where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are top priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving Unload inbound trucks using a forklift Sign and record date and time at receipt Verify counts against paperwork and note any discrepancies Inspect cargo for damage and report findings to supervisor Check with the office team for any customs holds and stage held cargo accordingly Breakdown Break down airline pallets and sort cartons by tape color, carton label, or channel code Complete warehouse breakdown sheets and submit to the office team Repalletize or transfer cargo to Gaylords based on last-mile delivery requirements Print labels using a Zebra printer via mobile workstation Use handheld scanning devices to scan labels, close out shipments, and confirm truck loads Dispatch Receive delivery orders from the office team and stage cargo for loading Verify delivery order documents against actual cargo Load trucks and return signed, dated delivery orders to the driver Communication & Teamwork Communicate relevant updates to team members and warehouse staff throughout the logistics process Support co-workers and contribute to a positive, productive work environment Clean-Up Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and discarded packaging materials Return all tools and equipment (PDAs, box cutters, tape guns, etc.) to their designated storage areas; notify supervisor immediately of any missing items Safety Operate forklifts and all warehouse equipment safely and responsibly Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Uphold a safety-first culture — stop and report any unsafe acts immediately
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous warehouse experience required Ability to read and write in Mandarin is required Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus (on-site training and certification available) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills for effective coordination with warehouse and office staff Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency with handheld scanners and Zebra printers is a plus; training provided If you are a motivated, safety-conscious professional looking to grow within a dynamic warehouse and logistics environment, we encourage you to apply.
