South San Francisco, CA 94080 Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Office Associate to support our growing logistics and perishable products operation in South San Francisco. This position offers a blend of office administration, customer service, and warehouse support responsibilities.

Available Shifts Mid-Shift:

1:00 PM•8:30

PM Swing Shift:

6:00 PM•3:30

AM Schedule Flexibility Required:

Candidates must be willing to cover the graveyard shift (11:00 PM•7:30 AM) as business needs require. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and office support for daily logistics operations. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Enter and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records. Assist with documentation and freight-related paperwork. Support warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and handling cargo as needed. Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members. Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures. Qualifications Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to assist with warehouse duties when required. Logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or warehouse experience preferred. Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
