GENERAL SUMMARY/ PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the audio-visual warehouse by establishing company policies and procedures. Accountable for quality control, warehouse inventory management, and the delivery and pickup of audio-visual equipment to ensure maximum client service and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Install or service audio and visual equipment, including sound, multimedia, video, theatrical lighting, networking, security, large display, digital signage, recording system, and related equipment for meetings, seminars, presentations, and conferences.
• Sourcing parts and performing installations to repair equipment.
• Travel to off-site corporate locations as part of system installation is required.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse professionally.
• Highest level of Customer Service both inside and outside the company.
• Demonstrates and upholds company Core Values.
• Follow company, location, and client high-quality professional standards
• Conduct safety practices during and after events.
• Ability to understand signal flow and processing as well as the ability to communicate this to others.
• Assist with other assigned duties as needed.
• Work in the warehouse with pulling, staging, and striking audio equipment for events.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule Technical Skills Understanding and implementing setup and operation of all audio equipment. Yamaha CL Audio consoles a plus d&b Audio-Technica experience is a plus

•. Experience with Audio Networks Dante and Aes67 Experience with Clearcom Products Freespeak and Helixnet a plus Experience in Corporate Events and Audio Visual Production. Experience with QLAB and audio editing software (Pro Tools, Logic)
