In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and tracking of materials to ensure smooth supply chain flow. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us meet production deadlines, support shipping and receiving functions, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Duties Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment in accordance with OSHA safety standards. Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and track orders. Assist with order picking processes, including picker tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments for correctness and condition. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and mechanical operation. Maintain organized storage areas, stacking pallets securely and ensuring materials are stored in compliance with safety regulations. Support warehouse supervisor in inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments. Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and load & unload machinery. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards set by OSHA or equivalent regulations. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking technology. Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership opportunities.
