Here's what it takes to succeed with us. Air Import/Export experience preferred. Experience with WMS systems (CargoWise, Transit Warehouse, or similar platforms) preferred. Strong computer skills and accuracy in high-volume data entry. Receive and verify export freight against documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill). Create and print shipment labels and export documentation. Prepare BOL (Bill of Lading) and Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB). Physically receive inventory and process it systematically in the system. Verify freight dimensions, weight, and piece count. Maintain organized shipment files and records. Coordinate daily turnover and provide detailed shift handoff notes. Communicate via email with internal teams, airlines, and customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies. Ensure shipments meet TSA, IATA, and export compliance requirements. Screen cargo and confirm documentation accuracy. Assist with AES filing support when applicable. Work closely with warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure timely freight movement.
