Manufacturing & Warehouse Support Location:
Torrance, CA Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
Shift:
1st Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) We are seeking dependable General Labor associates to support a large manufacturing and distribution operation that produces furniture and equipment used in schools, educational facilities, and institutional settings across the country. This role involves material handling, warehouse support, production assistance, and forklift operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be willing to assist in multiple departments and help wherever needed to keep production and shipping schedules on track. Forklift Certification is
REQUIRED
for this position. Candidates without a current forklift certification will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Material handling and movement of raw materials, parts, and finished products Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility Support manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and shipping departments as needed Load, unload, stage, and organize materials for production and distribution Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization Prepare products for shipment and distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current Forklift Certification is
REQUIRED
Forklift experience is
REQUIRED
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments preferred Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Strong attendance and reliability
Important:
A valid Forklift Certification is a MUST for this role. Candidates should be comfortable operating a forklift throughout the workday and supporting material movement across production, warehouse, and shipping operations.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
