Contract-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Material Handlers to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for moving materials, inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, forklift operating knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Three openings available immediately. Key Responsibilities Move raw materials, inventory, and finished products throughout the facility

Operate:

Forklifts Electric pallet jacks Manual pallet jacks Hand trucks Dollies Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers Transport materials between warehouse and production departments Prepare products and materials for shipment including: Banding Wrapping Staging Labeling Verify material identification and inventory accuracy Utilize lifting attachments and forklift accessories when required Follow shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Support warehouse, traffic, logistics, and production teams Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned Required Qualifications Valid Driver's License required Ability to successfully pass a forklift skills assessment Basic warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Six months or more of experience in: Warehouse operations Material handling Shipping and receiving Manufacturing support Forklift experience strongly preferred Experience with: Inventory control Logistics operations Warehouse management systems Production support Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move continuously during work hours Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to: Forklifts and powered industrial trucks Shipping and receiving operations Warehouse traffic Production equipment Material handling activities Proper PPE and adherence to all safety procedures are required.
