Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Torrance. In this temporary role, you will focus on assembly and kitting work , helping prepare products accurately and efficiently to meet our quality standards. This position is primarily a seated assembly job and does not require heavy lifting. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and takes pride in doing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Kitting:
Assemble accessories and package product kits accurately by following detailed instructions.
Quality Control:
Inspect completed items to ensure they meet company specifications and standards.
Speed & Accuracy:
Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Workstation Organization:
Keep the assembly area clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsible attitude. Excellent attention to detail for accurate assembly and quality assurance. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a production-focused environment. Positive, team-oriented mindset.
