  • $26 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer returns handling Analysis skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Quality audits FDA regulations Full Job Description Overview The Warehouse Quality Control Associate is a key member of the Quality team responsible for ensuring that dietary supplement products meet all FDA regulations and internal quality standards.
This role supports compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) while overseeing inspection, documentation, and release activities within the warehouse environment. The position plays a critical role in protecting product integrity from receipt through storage and distribution. Duties
  • Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance
  • Follow FDA regulations under 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP requirements for warehousing and distribution of dietary supplements.
  • Ensure compliance across components, packaging, labeling, holding, and distribution processes.
  • Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend updates when necessary.
  • Incoming Goods & Material Inspection
  • Review incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods for compliance and accuracy.
  • Inspect shipments for damage, document findings, and photograph discrepancies.
  • Verify receiving records and accurately log all incoming inventory per SOPs.
  • Conduct visual inspections and/or specification checks to approve or reject materials for release.
  • Pull samples according to Incoming Product Lot
  • Release Guidelines to ensure FDA compliance.
  • Warehouse Quality Monitoring
  • Monitor temperature and humidity conditions within the warehouse environment.
  • Tag pallets with appropriate status indicators for inventory control.
  • Perform building and facility audits to ensure ongoing compliance and safety standards.
  • Inspect and document product returns and collaborate on disposition decisions.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, receiving logs, and quality documentation.
  • Identify product defects and escalate issues promptly to the Quality and Warehouse teams.
  • Support reporting and tracking of quality-related findings and resolutions. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of Quality Control experience in dietary supplements required.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP and
FDA 21 CFR
Part 111 regulations.
  • Experience in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Wrike (or similar project management tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
