This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes pride in maintaining organization, efficiency, and safety across production and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Collect, sort, and process cardboard and recyclable materials Transport recycling materials from bins to designated containers Load and unload pallets from trailers Move materials between production, warehouse, and other operational areas Unpack incoming materials and package production items Inspect materials for defects, damage, or wear Operate manual or electric pallet jacks safely Support additional tasks as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders when required Qualifications Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be flexible to start in Fremont location first.
