Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth distribution processes and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency across our facility. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently Manage warehouse distribution tasks using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper picking & packing techniques Assist with shipping & receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments Utilize order picker equipment to fulfill e-commerce orders swiftly Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in MRP systems Qualifications Prior warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is a plus Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, load & unload for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate to become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence in logistics!
