Warehouse Clerk

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics team in Tustin, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our supply chain operations by managing order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping activities. Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, process, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive, sort, load, and unload products to maintain seamless warehouse operations.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
• Adhere to shipping and handling regulations to meet legislative requirements.
• Monitor and implement security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and order processing goals.
• Utilize ERP systems and other tools to streamline warehouse tasks and inventory management. Requirements
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or

IBM AS/400.

• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and billing processes.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in inventory control.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to warehouse environments.
