Schedule:

Sunday through Friday, Friday all overtime Paid Weekly Must speak spanish Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual tools or basic machinery Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning workspaces and disposing of debris Conduct basic inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings Prior experience in general labor or related roles is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to and from the work site This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build practical experience in a supportive team environment.
