Full Job Description Description:
A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Union City. This is a very physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will: Load and unload tires manually Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame Stacking tires with labels facing out to be scanned, stacking must be done in a safe and consistent pace. Attendance and punctuality are VITAL Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements:
Requirements Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen (we test for THC) Successfully pass a pre-employment background check Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary) Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes Must be bilingual
