TEXSTONE

is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker to support daily apparel production and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working efficiently, and contributing to a strong team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including floors and restrooms Fold, package, and label T-shirts and garments Operate heat press machines and assist with production processes Apply pre-treatment to garments and load conveyor dryers Move boxes, unload shipments, and organize inventory Support general warehouse operations and team needs as required Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes as needed Reliable, punctual, and ready to start early when required Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training can be provided for the right candidate) Work Environment Apparel production warehouse setting Active, hands-on role with a collaborative team
