This role is temp to hire with pay up to $24/hour DOE. This role plays an important part in ensuring inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes run efficiently and accurately. Team members will be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions to support operational flexibility and long-term growth opportunities. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management including unloading containers and organizing product storage Support incoming shipment preparation by organizing warehouse space and staging inventory efficiently Offload, sort, and organize cartons for pallet rack storage and warehouse placement Restock inventory into designated warehouse locations according to procedures Assist with receiving vendor deliveries and verifying product counts and accuracy Receive purchase orders and confirm correct product, quantity, quality, color, and related details Stage inventory and materials for various departments using pick tickets and supporting documentation Verify shipment details including quantities, box counts, addresses, sizes, styles, and labels Prepare and ship customer orders according to company procedures and timelines Perform quality checks on shipments and box labeling prior to shipment Pick and pack orders accurately according to provided instructions and order specifications Support supervisors and warehouse leadership with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
