Warehouse Associate (Automotive Industry

JDM Motors Sacramento is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with strong automotive knowledge and solid computer skills. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with automotive inventory, online marketplaces, shipping operations, customer service, and supporting business sales growth. This is not a general entry-level position. Qualified applicants must meet the requirements listed below. Position Details Full-time position (40 hours per week) Flexible schedule Hourly pay based on experience Key Responsibilities Manage and organize automotive parts inventory Create and manage online listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing Pack, ship, and track outgoing orders Coordinate with delivery drivers and freight companies to ensure timely deliveries Assist with local deliveries when needed Communicate professionally with customers in person and over the phone Help support and grow company sales through customer engagement, online sales, and marketplace management Identify opportunities to improve listings, increase customer inquiries, and drive sales growth Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/work area Assist with automotive tasks, including handling parts and supporting transmission disassembly Utilize automotive sales knowledge, especially regarding engines and transmissions Required Qualifications (Must Meet All Requirements) Valid driver's license Strong computer proficiency (beyond basic skills), including experience with: Online marketplaces such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace Inventory and order management systems Data entry and product listing creation Working knowledge of automotive parts, especially engines and transmissions Ability and willingness to assist with transmission disassembly Reliable transportation Ability to lift and move automotive parts safely Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Strong Advantage) Experience selling automotive parts online Hands-on experience with engines or transmission components Experience in automotive sales or business development Spanish-speaking ability Application Requirements (Important) To be considered, applicants must include: A brief summary of their computer experience, including platforms, tools, or systems used A summary of automotive experience, including parts knowledge, repairs, or shop work Confirmation of a valid driver's license Applications missing this information may not be considered.
