We decorate hats, t-shirts, hoodies, patches, and more for businesses across the country. We're a small, tight-knit team in a fun, creative, high-energy environment where everyone wears multiple hats — literally and figuratively. Our days are driven by ship-by dates: when a customer has an event the order needs to arrive. Period. We're looking for a smart, flexible, hands-on teammate who likes variety and wants to grow with us. One hour you might be unboxing a UPS delivery; the next you're filming an Instagram Reel of a finished order going out the door. If that sounds like your kind of day, keep reading.

What You'll Do:

Warehouse & Shipping (roughly half your time) Receive daily UPS deliveries — unbox, count, and verify against Trello cards and packing slips Break apart bulk patch shipments and re-ship to individual customers Stage incoming garments and materials for our production team Pack outgoing orders and generate UPS labels in ShipStation Keep the warehouse organized and production-ready Lift and move boxes 40+ lbs throughout the day Purchasing Support Place POs with garment vendors (S&S Activewear, SanMar) for screen printing and embroidery jobs Route garments to the correct decoration vendors and track arrivals Graphic Design & Proofs Use our existing templates to drop customer logos onto garment mockups Generate proofs for the sales team and customer approval No design degree required — we'll train you on our template workflow (Illustrator/Photoshop basics a plus) Marketing & Content Creation Shoot short videos and photos in-office of hats, patches, t-shirts, and finished customer orders Post to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Build and send email newsletters using Mailchimp What We're Looking For Comfortable on a computer and willing to learn new software (ShipStation, Trello, Mailchimp, Illustrator/Photoshop basics) Physically capable of lifting 40+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Creative eye for social content — if you can make a decent Reel on your phone, you're already halfway there Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks when things get busy Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next Reliable and consistent — our customers have real deadlines and we hit them, so whatever schedule we land on needs to be one you can stick to Promotional products, print shop, or warehouse experience is a plus (not required) Must be able to reliably commute to Westlake Village, CA Why This Job Small team, real autonomy, and your ideas actually matter Casual, creative environment — we're not a cubicle farm Flexible schedule that works around your life, as long as it's consistent Paid training Clear growth path to full-time with higher pay You'll pick up screen printing, embroidery, purchasing, marketing, and e-commerce operations — real skills you can't get sitting at one desk doing one thing To Apply Send your resume and, if you have them, links to any social content you've made — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, anything.
