$20.26 To $22.80 Hourly Pacific Coast Producers, one of the nation's top food production companies in the U.S., is seeking to fill General Labor positions with qualified, capable individuals for our Woodland, CA Production Facility. PCP is investing in its people and advancing a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. Our state-of-the-art Woodland facility uses advanced technology to process whole tomatoes into various products, including diced, crushed, stewed, sauces, and paste. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to sorting, washing, packing, and labeling produce. The job requires standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate:

$20.26-$22.80 per hour. Weekend and overtime hours required when needed. Day, swing, and night shifts available. Must be available to work July through October. These positions are part of a seniority-based collective bargaining (CBA) unit and are required to work on various shifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide general labor services as instructed by a supervisor or the management team. Grades, sorts, or classifies fruit by size, weight, color, or condition. Cleaning and maintaining work areas. Labeling and preparing products for shipment. Follow all plant safety policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs). Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Ability to safely walk, climb stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces to arrive at work location. Ability to communicate with supervisor/management and understand safety notices and signs. Must be able to work any of the three shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. Available to work during the months of July through October. Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
