Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Production Labor professional with experience in event work to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in setting up and tearing down event spaces, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and safely. This position requires a high level of physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to thrive in high-stress environments. Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup & Takedown:

Assist with the efficient and safe setup and teardown of event spaces.

Production Tasks:

Handle various production tasks including rigging, equipment handling, and decorations.

Physical Requirements:

Climb ladders and work at heights as needed; lift and transport materials up to 50 lbs.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service during events, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and attendees.

Work Environment:

Adapt to working long hours, including overnight shifts and high-stress scenarios.

Travel:

Maintain reliable transportation for travel to various event locations, including mountain sites. Bi-lingual is preferred :

Experience:

General knowledge of event work and previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to and from event sites.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work overnight shifts and travel for events, including to mountain locations.

Attitude & Skills:

A positive attitude, strong teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
