As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on, team-based environment. Our warehouse associates play a key role in ensuring our products get to customers quickly, safely, and accurately. Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks such as receiving raw materials, preparing and packing orders, restocking shelves, palletizing product, and assisting in maintaining an organized, safe, and clean warehouse. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipping Receive and inspect incoming shipments and reconcile with purchase orders Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely Restock inventory and rotate stock using FIFO methods Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping area Assist production and packaging teams when needed Follow all company safety procedures and protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable, punctual, and a team player Must be authorized to work in the United States Work Environment This position is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and standing for long periods PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required depending on tasks
