We don't cut corners. We craft performance, start to finish. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate picking, fulfillment, and shipping of orders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to identify solutions and drive process improvements. Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, fulfill, and ship customer orders. Assist in inventory management and warehouse organization. Assist in the receiving and storing of incoming shipments. Collaborate with sales teams to allocate inventory. Additional duties to be assigned post-onboarding. This job description serves as a general outline of duties, responsibilities, and requirements. A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to adapt to fluid daily requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of premium bicycle componentry and terminology. Previous warehouse experience. Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to producing work of superior quality. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualification:
2+ years of warehouse experience. 2+ years in the Outdoor/Cycling Industry. Oracle NetSuite working knowledge. Previous bicycle mechanic experience. Please send your resume for consideration. Principals only. No phone calls.
