Shift:

Mon-Fri, 2:40 PM - 10:40 PM - $21/hour We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Material Handler / Warehouse Team Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by picking materials, preparing shipments, and moving inventory throughout the facility. You'll work closely with a small team and play a key role in supporting production and shipping each day. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and having a steady schedule, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Pick raw materials and deliver them to production areas accurately Help with shipping and receiving, including checking materials in and preparing outgoing orders Use pallet jacks to move and stage materials safely Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques Scan materials with RF scanners to track inventory Count, organize, and restock inventory as needed Assist with packaging materials for shipment or internal use Perform general warehouse tasks like moving, stacking, and organizing materials Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work alongside a small team to meet daily goals Follow all safety guidelines when using warehouse equipment (forklift training provided) What We're Looking For Warehouse experience is helpful but not required Comfortable with physical work (standing, walking, lifting, moving materials) Willingness to learn RF scanners and warehouse equipment Attention to detail and pride in doing accurate work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team‑oriented with good communication skills Why You'll Like This Job Consistent, full-time second‑shift schedule Work with a small, supportive team Hands-on role that keeps you moving Opportunity to learn new warehouse skills and equipment Clean, organized environment with a strong focus on safety Work Environment Warehouse environment with movement throughout the shift Team size: approximately 3-4 people Rotation through picking, shipping, receiving, and material handling Equipment includes pallet jacks, forklifts (once trained), RF scanners, and basic tools Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
