Job Description
Our client, a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting various construction and pallet manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

day What's the Job? Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition Sort and separate pallets based on damage and grade Assist with general construction and material handling tasks Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times What's Needed? Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly Quick hands with attention to detail and a focus on quality Observance of all safety rules and regulations Effective communication skills Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule) What's in it for me?
