$20/hour Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our production and warehouse team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including truck loading/unloading and staging Organize and transfer materials to support production flow and inventory needs Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks Assist with inventory organization and tracking Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and kneeling Required Qualifications Experience in material handling, warehouse, or production environments Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks Strong understanding of workplace safety practices Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally Preferred Qualifications Prior forklift experience or certification Experience with shipping and receiving operations Familiarity with inventory staging, organization, and tracking Background supporting production or manufacturing environments Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
