We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to manage our warehouse operations and help ensure an outstanding customer experience. Position Summary This role is responsible for receiving inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels, fulfilling customer orders, and providing excellent customer communication when needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in staying organized, working independently, and ensuring that every customer receives accurate and timely service. As the primary warehouse team member, reliability and attention to detail are critical. This position directly impacts our customers' experience and our company's ability to operate efficiently. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple SKUs Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, shipping issues, and product questions Work with shipping and inventory management software Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency Assist with seasonal workload increases and special projects as needed Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, or fulfillment experience Experience using shipping software and inventory management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Dependable attendance and reliability Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move packages up to 40 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to safely climb a ladder Ability to operate a pallet jack Ability to work in a warehouse environment throughout the day Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $20 per hour Seasonal performance bonuses 401(k) with 4% company contribution Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm Additional overtime may be available during peak seasonal periods Equal Employment Opportunity Epoch Eyewear is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
