Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in waste management and environmental services, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the Hazardous Waste Operations supporting the Waste Management Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Day What's the Job? Handle hazardous waste materials, including working with drums in compliance with safety standards Assist with labeling drums and organizing waste materials according to regulations Support emergency spill response procedures to ensure safety and environmental protection Maintain accurate documentation and MSDS organization for waste management activities Follow DOT and RCRA regulations to ensure all operations meet legal standards What's Needed? Experience working with hazardous waste, particularly drums, is preferred Familiarity with DOT and RCRA regulations Knowledge of MSDS purposes, organization, and waste management practices Ability to work safely and effectively in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols What's in it for me?
