Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory control, and lead a team of warehouse associates. This role is vital in ensuring efficient warehouse distribution, process improvement, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure accurate inventory control through regular audits. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity. Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks. Oversee compliance with OSHA safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Coordinate logistics with 3PL providers and ensure timely shipment of goods for e-commerce platforms. Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with forklift operation and mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment. Familiarity with logistics processes including shipping & receiving, 3PL coordination, and warehouse distribution. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and improve operational efficiency. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling. Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, or systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
