$22.00/hour Schedule Options (Monday-Friday) 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. Position Overview Join a fast-growing and reliable distribution center that supports the delivery of critical medical products. In this role, you will hand-pick small orders using pick sheets and hand carts, record selections with an RF scanner, and maintain a consistent pace while meeting productivity expectations of approximately 50 orders per hour after training. Key Responsibilities Accurately hand-pick small orders within the warehouse Use hand carts and pick sheets to efficiently select items Record completed picks using an RF scan gun Meet productivity and accuracy standards Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or production experience Ability to stand and remain active for an entire shift Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or
GED Preferred:
